1. No guaranteed results
Astrabotix does not guarantee revenue, profit, leads, conversions, rankings, savings, audience growth, business success or any other specific result. Examples, demonstrations, templates and case studies illustrate possible uses only.
Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, audience, traffic, prompts, source material, provider model, configuration, testing, pricing, compliance and execution. Past results do not guarantee future results.
2. AI output limitations
AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inconsistent, biased, offensive or unsuitable. The same input may produce different results, and an output may not be unique. Astrabotix does not independently verify every output.
You must review and test output before publishing it, giving it to a client, charging for it or relying on it. You are responsible for fact-checking, editing, permissions, intellectual-property clearance and determining whether an output is appropriate for its intended audience and purpose.
3. No professional advice
Astrabotix and AI experiences built with it are not substitutes for legal, financial, investment, medical, tax, employment, compliance or other regulated professional advice. Do not rely on an AI output alone for a high-stakes, safety-critical or legally significant decision.
Where professional judgement is required, obtain advice from a suitably qualified person who can consider the complete facts.
4. Knowledge grounding and web tools
Knowledge Hubs can provide relevant context from selected documents, but retrieval may omit, misread or misapply material. Grounding can improve relevance; it does not guarantee accuracy or prevent an AI model from generating unsupported content.
Web search and URL-fetch tools may return incomplete, outdated, misleading or malicious material from third-party websites. A search result or fetched page is not endorsed or verified by Astrabotix. You should check important information against authoritative sources.
5. AI providers, external services and costs
Supported AI provider usage is billed through the provider account connected by the account owner. Costs vary by provider, model, configuration, prompt size, tool use and end-user activity. Zero Token Markup means Astrabotix does not add a markup to supported provider token charges; it does not mean usage is free or unlimited.
AI providers, search services, destination websites, external checkouts and other third parties are controlled by their respective operators. We do not guarantee their availability, pricing, security, terms, privacy practices or results. Mentioning a third party does not by itself imply a partnership, endorsement or native integration.
Domain restrictions, throttles and run limits can help control exposure but cannot guarantee a particular provider bill or stop every unauthorised request. Account owners should monitor provider usage and apply suitable provider-side limits.
6. Customer-created Apps, Bots and Launchpads
AI Apps, AI Bots and Launchpads are configured and published by Astrabotix customers. The customer chooses their instructions, source material, questions, access settings and downstream use. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, Broomerr does not create, approve or endorse a customer’s claims, advice, offers or content.
Customers are responsible for giving end users suitable terms, privacy information, warnings and human support; obtaining required permissions; and complying with laws that apply to their business, content and audience.
If you are an end user, direct questions about an experience’s purpose, content, offer or use of your submission to the owner identified on that experience. Our Privacy Policy explains how data-protection roles are divided.
7. Product descriptions, availability and lifetime access
Features, interfaces, supported models, quotas and availability may change. A roadmap, demonstration or feature described as planned, preview, beta or coming soon is not a promise that it will be released or retained.
Where an order includes lifetime access, “lifetime” means the commercial lifetime of the Astrabotix product while Broomerr Media Ltd continues to operate it, subject to the Terms of Service. It is not a guarantee that Astrabotix, a third-party provider or any individual feature will operate indefinitely.
External checkout and automatic payment-to-access provisioning are not native Astrabotix capabilities unless expressly identified as currently available. Customers may need to use a separate checkout and delivery or access process.
